Raised in the entertainment world, I learned early on how powerful it is to tell a story with feeling. Being married now, I see every wedding with even greater reverence. I understand how fast a day can move and how priceless it is to have your real emotions preserved with care.

I am Kenzie, a destination wedding photographer and Super 8 filmmaker based in Nashville, Tennessee. My work is rooted in presence. I am not there to insert myself into your day or turn it into a production. Couples often joke that we move like ninjas, quietly observing, anticipating, and documenting without disruption. Fly on the wall, not center stage.
And yes, we will absolutely take the timeless, posed photos you and your loved ones will hang on the walls of your home. But my favorite images, and usually everyone else’s too, are the candid ones. The unplanned moments. The laughter you did not know anyone saw. The way it all felt when you were not performing, just living it.
I approach weddings with an editorial eye and a cinematic heart, blending gentle guidance when needed with long stretches of quiet observation. The goal is simple. To create images that make you feel something. Images that pull you back into the room, the laughter, the stillness, the weight of the moment. Whether you are exchanging vows beneath a waterfall in the Pacific Northwest, celebrating in Franklin, or standing on a cliffside in the Dolomites, my commitment is the same. To document what it felt like to be there, not just how it looked.
